Receive 1 ticket towards a new-to-you costume for every costume donated All ticket holders will be granted early access to shop from 5:00-6:00pm. Each donation ticket can be traded for one costume. Full access will be granted from 6:00-7:00pm for all remaining registrants, no tickets required. Wigs and scary or inappropriate costumes will not be accepted. All costumes are subject to library discretion and availability. Any remaining costumes will be kept for future swap programs or donated to Goodwill.
