STEAM Jr. (ages 2-5): Thankful for Discovery

Wed, Nov 18, 11:15 AM at Basha Library. Free.

This Thanksgiving, discover the joy of hands-on learning. Young learners will explore textures and surprises in a Thanksgiving sensory bin, make cranberries dance through science, challenge their observation skills with an I Spy game, create a festive turkey craft, and enjoy Thanksgiving-themed math activities. Children ages 2 to 5 participate in fun and simple educational activities that introduce them to science, technology, engineering, art, and math. This program is designed to encourage curiosity as well as develop motor skills, social skills, and confidence. As a child’s first and best teacher, caregivers are encouraged to join in the fun and discovery! STEAM Jr. meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Supported by Friends of Chandler Public Library.
