Holiday Delivery Bots: Motors, Gears & Getting the Package There!
Wed, Dec 16, 6:00 PM at Rush Public Library. Free.
Santa has a logistics problem and we're building the solution. Kids assemble a real motorized robot from the wheels up, wiring a battery to a motor, and learning why gears trade speed for pulling power. Then the deliveries start: navigate a taped course, haul a package without dropping it, and beat the clock. We'll troubleshoot the ones that spin in circles, because that's the best part. Every kid takes their robot home . This event is for ages 6 to 12. Space is limited, so please reserve a spot for this activity on Monday, December 16 th at 6:00 PM in the Library. Parents must stay for the event.
