Join Happy Me Kids Yoga at the Highland Library for Preschool Yoga, where learning happens through play! Just as reading exercises our minds, yoga gives us a chance to explore our bodies, breath, and imagination. Through movement games, storytelling, music, sensory props, and playful yoga poses, children build confidence, and practice navigating big feelings. Our classes are intentionally play-based. We get silly, make noise, use our imaginations, and make space for moments of focus and rest. There's purpose behind the play — and plenty of room for kids to be kids. Class is gauged for children ages 2-6, but all are welcome. Caregiver presence required. Extra yoga mats are provided, but please bring your own if you have one.
