Sensory-Friendly Storytime

Mon, Jan 11, 10:15 AM at 400 Eau Claire Street, Eau Claire, WI, 54701, US. Free.

Recommended for kids ages 2-3 and their caregivers. Join us for a sensory-friendly storytime! In partnership with Ignite Child Development Services, this storytime will include stories, songs, movement, and play in a welcoming and supportive environment. Children will have access to adaptive seating, visual schedules, and a calm environment with extra adults on hand to help redirect or reassure as needed. Storytime will be followed by time for play. Children are encouraged to participate in ways that work best for them. Space is limited to help create a comfortable experience for everyone, so registration is recommended.
