DIY Monster Mask

Make a monster mask from paper and recycled materials. For ages 3 to 13. How to Attend Register by 5 p.m. Monday, October 19. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register.
